San Francisco Symphony
About my Role at the San Francisco Symphony
I have been the Digital Web Producer in the marketing department for the San Francisco Symphony for over Four years. In that time, I launched four seasons and an entirely new website for the SF Symphony in the spring of 2020. I worked with wireframes, Mobil-first design, Web Design, Ux Design, backend functionality, front-end code, and complete content creation. I also manage all email campaign creations and deployments. On the day-to-day, I tend the CMS for our website updates, whether it be repertoire updates for an upcoming show or launching new campaigns. I also maintain a constant review of user experience to make sure we are serving our patrons in the most efficient way possible. You can check out these different features below. If you would like to hear more about my work with the SF Symphony please feel free to reach out.

Website Creation
My team and I worked closely with the agency Propane in San Francisco and created a clean new functional website for the SF Symphony. Here are samples of our wireframes and branding from when we first launched in February 2020. Since our launch, we have doubled in sales, particularly in subscriptions which broke records in the two years since our launch. I am constantly reviewing and improving this site with UX innovation and running sprints so that we can continue to give our patrons the best experience. Mobil Design
Welcome to a digital San Francisco Symphony
When quarantine happened in 2020, we as the company needed to re-evaluate how to reach our patrons not in the music hall but through our website. The site needed to shift from selling tickets to being content driven. Since the beginning of unforeseen times, particularly for the concert industry, there has been a lot of brainstorming and problem-solving that we have done to keep our company at the precipice of our industry in the symphonic world.
SFSymphony
During our time in quarantine we created SFSymphony+ a way for our patrons to have concerts from the safety of their homes. A Netflix for classical music if you will.
MTT25
2020 was a massive year for the SF Symphony as our Music Director of over 25 years was retiring. Since we couldn't celebrate him in person we created a digital experience to take you through each year of his tenure at the symphony.
